Barrels with a small diameter may be priced lower (less materials), but the tradeoffs are door height, bench comfort, and headroom. Smaller diameter barrels have a tighter arc which can create seating posture challenges, impact standing upright, and require one to duck upon entry and exit. ERGO Series Sauna Barrels benefit from a 6’5” interior height. Due to its large diameter, benches can be ergonomically contoured and formfitting. The generous barrel arc can support an expansive and arched backrest for true lumbar support. Illuminating your barrel showcases the beauty of the wood and enhances your sauna experience. Only low-voltage and waterproof LED lighting will do. SaunaLife provides a superior white LED lighting system that is Wi-Fi app-based and allows one to set the ideal scene prior to entering the sauna. A hand-held remote control is also provided for on/off/dim operation. SaunaLife’s white LED fixture is heat and water certified (IP67) and is dotless so it provides an enchanting, even glow.
