Refund Policy
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund, exchange or store credit (minus shipping cost and up to a 15% restocking fee). The customer is responsible for shipping expense and ensuring that merchandise is in new condition, in the original packaging with all of the manufacturer’s information. Sauna heaters/controls, Steam generators/controls and any electrical parts are not returnable if the have been opened or installed.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required on all returns. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number simply call us or email sales@serenesteamandsauna.com with a full description and reason for return. You will be notified of your RMA number and address to ship your product back.
Any orders cancelled after the order has been confirmed will be subjected to a 3% transition charge of the original total. This charge covers the fees charged by credit card processors when processing refunds, as this said fee is retained still when a refund is processed.
